Minor Girls defeat Naas

Half time: Sarsfields 3-04 Naas 1-03

Good performances from: Everyone really.
All our 14 year olds played very well, Becky Houlihan,
Danielle Clerkin, Katie Bett-Symonds, and two Jessicas
Turner and Nolan, but older girls ran the show.
Namely Sadbh McDonnell, Roisin Byrne, Sars Sheridan,
Foxy , Roisin Dempsey and Oonagh Confrey.
Special mention to stand-in keeper Tracey Turner who
had a great game between the posts.

Any highlights/turning points in the game:
Not really turning points, but Naas scored a goal with
the first attack of the game, and Sarsfields responded
straight away with a goal of their own followed quickly
by two points and another goal.
After that it was a great all round team performance,
with some very attractive and skillful football from both
teams.
