Thank you to those members and partners that have already volunteered to help with our Bag Pack on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th November in Tescos, Newbridge.
As we all know this Bag Pack is in aid of the Sarsfields Club Funds. It is important to give as much support as we all can in order that our club can continue to provide the fantastic facilities our children experience throughout the year.
We are hoping to get a minmum of 50 volunteers which will mean that we can each do shifts of about 2 hours each over the course of Friday evening and Saturday. In order that we keep shifts as short as possible we will need to get as many volunteers as possible.
If you can help or spare a few hours over Friday and/or Saturday please let us know by replying to sarsfieldsacademy@gmail.com. We will need to know who can help by Thursday evening so we can put together a timetable, which we will mail to all who have offered their help. As mentioned all funds will be going to support the Club so the more volunteers we get the better.
